About our fitness instructors
Our instructors are either certified fitness instructors with a dance background or trained and experienced dancers. All of our instructors have a passion and love of dance and teaching.
What are classes like?
Our dance classes are usually forty-five minutes to one hour in length. We begin with a warm-up and end with a cool-down. In between the two you will find the heart of the class, which will be specific to the genre of dance. You can expect cardio, choreography, and a lot of smiling!
Don’t worry if you can’t get the steps right. These classes are about moving to the music and having fun doing it.
