Council and committee minutes by year

The composite minutes documents contain all minutes from Calgary City Council meetings and committee meetings for a given year. The minutes documents are:

• in one PDF document per year,
• in date order, and
• are large files (download time depends on your internet connection speed).

Council minutes are in meeting date order for that year. The current year minutes document is updated occasionally during the year. 

Committee minutes are sorted by committee name and then in the date order. The current year minutes document is updated occasionally during the year.
