The Youth Employment Centre (YEC) provides free recruitment assistance to employers who are hiring for entry level positions and youth between the ages of 15-24.
The Youth Employment Centre has 36 years of experience in employer engagement! Effective recruitment is crucial for employers to attract qualified candidates and build a talented workforce. YEC’s team of Community Liaisons, specializing in employer relations, can provide free recruitment support to employers hiring youth 15 to 24 years old.

Assist youth with work exploration
Lots of youth come to the Centre to explore career options. You can provide informational interviews, give job shadowing opportunities, become a mentor or post a work experience, practicum or internship opportunity.
