Ward 2 is made up of 12 new and established communities in NW Calgary, with the additions of Ambleton and Glacier Ridge in the early construction phases.

Community Feature
Congratulations to the Hawkwood Community Association for the large turnout and huge success of their Winter Carnival event on January 22nd!
It was also the official unveiling of the outdoor recreation facility, boasting a skating rink, skating pond, tennis, pickleball and crokicurl courts, zip line, parkour course, free play areas, a firepit, among many other amenities for residents. We were also told that in the warmer months they have the ability to host outdoor movie-in-the-park events for the community.
This park is a true asset to the community and reflects the dedication and hard work that has gone into this 16-year long project.
Thank you to HCA for inviting our office, we were honoured to be a part of the ribbon cutting ceremony and it was a pleasure meeting you all.
