Put all types of dried and fresh spices, herbs, bark and roots in your green cart for composting.
This includes:
- Ginger (candied, raw)
- Poppy seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Cocoa nibs
- Caraway seeds
- Chicory root
- Chiles and chili powder
- Pepper
- Salts
Special instructions
- Loose spice flakes must be put in a certified compostable bag or paper bag and tied closed/rolled closed before composting.
