How to compost sauces, dips and gravy
Put all sauces, dips and gravy into your green cart for composting.
This includes:
- All types of sauces (pasta sauce, pizza sauce, cranberry sauce etc.)
- Hummus dips
- Gravy (powder and sauce)
- Plum sauce
- Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Special instructions
- Soak up runny sauces with newspaper or used paper towels/napkins.
