How to compost salad dressing and condiments
Put all salad dressing and condiments into your green cart for composting.
This includes:
- All types of salad dressings (vinaigrette, cream etc.)
- Ketchup, mustard, relish
- Mayonnaise
- Barbecue sauce and steak sauce
- Hot sauce and sriracha sauce
Special instructions
- Soak up runny condiments with newspaper or used paper towels/napkins.
