Our Certified Personal Trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals. Session packages start with an interview and needs assessment  to develop a personalized fitness program design. We offer individual or group training for strength and cardio, as well as training in the water.

Individual and group training


  • Personal Strength and Cardio Training

    The focus can be on improved strength, cardiovascular fitness, core stability, flexibility or sport performance.

  • Personal Training in the Water

    Using the buoyancy and resistance of water in either the shallow or deep pool, work on strength, cardiovascular endurance, speed, flexibility and / or increased range of motion. A combination of land and water fitness can be accommodated.

  • Team Sport Training

    Results oriented, sport specific trainings sessions for the pre-season, competitive season or off-season. Workouts will concentrate on reaction time, agility, coordination, skill, speed, balance, power and / or core stability using various tools.
