About Facilities

Facilities strategically plans, builds and operates The City’s portfolio of civic facilities which includes administrative buildings, operations workplace centres and emergency response stations. As the corporate accommodation planner and property manager, Facilities provides comprehensive services for each phase of facility development and helps achieve a more efficient and sustainable City.

Our Services

We are mandated to strategically plan, build and operate The City’s portfolio of civic facilities.

Plan – We plan The City’s workplaces and public spaces including integrated civic facility planning and asset management.
 

Build – We develop facilities, providing comprehensive project management from conception to completion. This includes the strategic delivery of space planning and renovation services for municipal facilities.
 

Operate – Operational services include property management, operation of mechanical and electrical systems, building repairs, and energy management. We provide these using triple bottom line solutions to ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
