Executive Assistant – Ward 7

The Executive Assistant has their finger on the pulse, is a big-picture thinker, and wants to make Calgary a great place to live for all its residents. Our ideal candidate has an experienced administrative background and excels in relationship building. We are seeking someone who values efficiency, is highly attuned to details, and is a demonstrated multi-tasker who can work in a high-pressure environment in a dynamic team of four.

The Ward 7 EA is a people-person who has a passion for both community and city-building. Priority skillsets we’re looking for are strong scheduling, writing, research, and demonstrated community engagement.
